J3-10 Old secure apartment building

This is an old apartment building with a central courtyard. The structure is three floors, made of cut stone blocks that fit together securely with no mortar and a slate roof over heavy wooden timbers.
At this point, the gate is shut and barred from within, as its current residents don't seem to want to allow anyone into the central courtyard. It is owned by Mosreidge Leomcraef, who is the last living decendant of the previous owner. However the current "swatters" who are controlling the building, refuse to recognize his rightful ownership or to allow him into the building.
