Mosreidge Leomcraef
When encountered by characters, he is very depressed and drinking heavily. If questioned, he explains that his family once owned several buildings in Martelain that they rented out, but with the takeover of the Northern Empire and the decline in population there are now a lot of empty buildings, so his family has fallen on hard times and with his parents passing away a few years ago, he has been trying to figure out what to do to regain their former wealth and status. He will go on to explain that among the several buildings that he owns includes a secure apartment complex that he has a possible lead on selling due to the way it is designed, but that when he went to show it to the potential purchaser he found out that it has been taken over by a group of mercenaries who have the building sealed up from inside. He is hoping to find someone who will deal with these squatters so that he might be able to sell the building due to its secure design. This building is located in the J3 Black Swan District of Martelain, located at J3-10 Old secure apartment building.
He can be found hanging out at either the J3-4 Red Hooded Traveler or the K4-5 Grey Tortoise, usually drinking himself into oblivion.
