Owned by Vikrober Tenslabin and Aiku Tenslabin. Vikrober primarily runs the bakery, while his wife, Aiku, primarily runs the J3-42 Market Stables. Vikrober (or "Vik" as he is sometimes known) is very accomplished and produces a wide variety of breads (some of which have unusual flavors that are very popular among the locals) and small sweets that he calls "Cook-tries" with a variety of flavors, including oats and a few exotic fruits from distant lands. He tries different combinations of flavors in his cook-tries on an almost weekly basis.
