Surma Toħvec (toe-TH-vek)

She is the owner of J3-5 Surma Toħvec Meat Pies, with her husband, Mafer Toħvec (who is a fisherman and rarely is at this the shop).
She tends to move slowly, but is very exacting in her activities. She is solemn but understanding (this includes handing out the remaining un-sold meat-pies at the end of the day to some of the street urchins and other unfortunates, who have not stolen from her establishment). She also tends to be very proctective of her establisment, as well as her family and friends. She often sings (or at least hums or whistles) while she works. She primarily appears to be of Kont blood, but also has some mixed Gambed heritage.
