Andorra Trelawney

Captian Andorra Cleo Trelawney

"You need four things when you take to the skies - or seas, let's not discriminate. You need a cat - they ward away nightmares and unwieldy spirits - a woman - for Desna and Calypsa cannot abide a ship wholly comprised of men - a cleric - just in case you piss off the others. But if you ask me, it's the fourth thing that's the most important. That fourth thing is me." - Captain Trelawney

Personal history

Being the former First Officer of the HMS Deliberate, and the youngest officer to achieve that rank, marked Andorra as a rising star. However, the Battle of Raider Strait cut her bright career short. The Battle - considered the greatest defeat in the history of the new empire, was a tragedy: eleven dreadnoughts were lost due to, what was later determined to be, unreliable intelligence. Her ship and captain were lost in the battle. After a period of recovery, she used her savings to make her dream a reality: her own ship. Now Andorra travels the skies as a privateer, taking commissions where she can.

Employment

Former First Officer of the HMS Deliberate, a royal dreadnought for the Calgori Royal Fleet. Resigned her commission with full naval honours.

Failures & Embarrassments

Could not save her former crew.

Mental Trauma

She still suffers some of the effects of the battle that nearly claimed her life. While she is a fearless commander in any situation, no amount of gold will convince her to enter the Raider Strait.

Intellectual Characteristics

Known for her sharpness and cunning, Andorra is a force to be reckoned with.
