Laws of the Wolves

By order of the Council of Wolves I shall mark down the laws in the common tongue. Let it be known that the laws that shall be written here are only of the most important ones and has not the breath to contain all such things. Seek the aid of a Rain-Purifier if you must know more about the local laws.  
  1. Edict of Metal: None shall enter the Arcology of Capara with metallic objects whether a ring, coin, or sword. Only those citizens who have paid in blood shall be allowed a ring for each to marry and wear. Anyone found breaking this law shall become a bondsman or liquidated.
  2. Theft of Blood: Anyone caught stealing Blood Gem or coins will be liquidated unless the offended citizen seeks another form of punishment. If the person is a non-citizen they will be banished without the goods entrusted to the council.
  3. Necromantic Magic: Necromancy is forbidden inside of the Arcology as it is harmful to farming. Those found to have conducted magics wheater for healing or raising spirits will be stript of all worldly goods and banished.
  4. Arson and Destruction: Anyone found damaging state property or the Arcology will be punished by salt withering or forced to become a bondsman.
  5. Fae Forgiveness: Those who are caught committing a crime of lesser degrees are allowed to pay a fine in Blood Gem to waive the punishment. This is not meant to allow crimes but a way to avoid punishment for others, allowing citizens to stave off punishment for non-citizens or families who have made mistakes.
