A shrinking violet, a diamond in the rough. Nina Navarro is a tragic figure, a once beautiful and talented actress struck by the curse of the Nosferatu Embrace. The experience traumatized her in ways she is still only coming to understand, but anyone who talks to her can see it plain as the scales on her face.
Nina Navarro is one of the youngest Kindred in Chicago, Embraced only a few decades ago.

Nina's skin broke out in scales after the Embrace giving her a deformed, reptilian visage.
Special abilities
Nina is desperate to master Mask of a Thousand Faces but has enjoyed little success. Emerson Collins, acknowledged local authority on the subject, has speculated among the Clan that she just has the wrong personality for it. He says that she still wants to be seen.

Nina Navarro was an up-and-coming actress on many of the small stages across Chicago, just prime for a big break when she was cut down by the Embrace. She never discusses the identity of her sire, except to say that she has forgiven them. Most believe an actress should be able to lie more convincingly.

In public Nina is almost always close to Primogen Hush. Some say he is grooming her for a position of authority, others simply that he's the only one she believes understands her.

Nina possesses great confidence and social acumen but she almost has to fool herself into believing it. She is awkward and shy at gatherings due to her appearance, but those who get into lengthy conversations with her (or otherwise manage to distract her) get a glimpse of the outgoing, charming person she once was.
