Prince Reinhold Fisher
Prince Reinhold Fisher is an enigmatic figure in Chicago, even for one of the city's Elders. He appears at formal courts, at which times he takes meetings with the city's luminaries or other pre-approved individuals. What he does in his own time is unknown.

Reinhold Fisher put funding into the project known as Fort Dearborn, later to become the city of Chicago. He moved to the city not long after it was first incorporated.
When the first Camarilla Prince of Chicago perished in the Great Chicago Fire, Fisher assumed command as well as the throne. Rumors still persist that he set the fire in order to destroy his rival, though few would risk his legendary wrath by suggesting such a thing in his presence.
Fisher has ruled the city with a fair, if brutal, hand. Those who earn his favor, or at least cause no problems, are left to their own devices. Those who are trouble are dealt with swiftly and permanently.
True details of his past prior to Chicago are unknown. From occasional lapses into an accent he is believed to have originated in Germany.
