The Ravnos Issue

For reasons unknown even to his closest allies, Prince Reinhold Fisher absolutely does not tolerate the presence of Ravnos in his city. Some whisper this is due to racial prejudices resulting from his advanced age, perhaps in conjunction with his believed European origins. Others think there may be a story there, of a time that a Ravnos pulled a really good one over on the high and mighty Prince.
Whisper is all that they do, though, for none would dare ask him to his face.
The actual intensity of his fury has some leeway. Ravnos who are up front about their presence, their reasons for being in the city, and their intended length of stay have been known to receive a polite escort out of the city limits. Ravnos who are at all duplicitous, or who have any sort of negative reputation can expect the standard reaction: to be killed on sight.
