Icestone

A rough but homely town, Icestone is located on the Iron Highlands and is the best known checkpoint on the way between Meridian and the Dirgian Outpost, and is popularly considered the last point of civilization for travelers looking to reach the outpost.
The town's economy is based off mining and boarding travelers going through the path, which created a particular cultural divide between between its citizens. While some welcome the more tourist oriented parts of the economy, others resent it and wish they'd leave the town alone to focus and do what it does best: mining.
