A halfling who grew up on the streets of some city, he had nobody to take care of him until another street urchin (Briggs) took pity on him and taught him how to survive by means of a rogueish lifestyle.
One night, Briggs got wind of a nice score that could set them up for a while, however the plan went horribly wrong and Briggs ended up losing his life. In his final breath he gifted Fezra with his dragontooth dagger that he acquired as an adventurer. He told him to travel the world and live life to the fullest.
An urchin rogue looking only to live his live and survive.
