Tents line the area, one giant one looming over them all, gold and purple, with a single symbol glowing a neon green over all, the same one found on the wing of Lady Fortuna.
Denizens and part timers can be found running their own stalls and running what could be considered tye closest Minauros had to a 'Free Market'.
The bizzare held more than just a market, at the center of it all was Fortuna's Fortunes, and she encouraged and was patron to many upcoming young diviners, especially ones with which she made deals.
The central tent was much like the one that overlooked them all, but it's topside was unmarred by the strain of the Hells, it's purple and gold shining brightly like one would expect in the layer, pillars of obsidian and am aquaduct run straight through it, The River Styx, from which Lady Fortuna takes great pride in resting.
The Treasury inside also holds souls, both Fortuna's and the bank's, though kept seperated. Alongside magical artifacts and materials with which Fortuna crafts her Prophecies.
