Luster Fortress Leviathan

Luster Fortress Leviathan is the palace of Asketill Helgrindr and Peter Platinum. It's decked out in illustrious metals and alloys, and has several buildings on separate islands surrounding the central palace. It has a thin atmosphere when deployed in the Astral, a sheet of water that creates a bubble of air, and glints like a pearl in the abyss of the Astral.
It's a opulent display befitting a dragon, as well as a bastion in the dark for those who find it. Everyone is invited to stay when it's out and about, and it helps plenty of beleaguered ships regain their bearing.
It helps them by doubling as one of the largest foundries one can find, and when Asketill isn't there running it, several automatons and golems handle basic repairs, and more malleable and specialized food golems handle it's secondary function as a haven and rest stop.
Very rarely it can be found landed where it was originally made, overlooking Fort Ashbourne and the remains of the Sapphire Bridge.
