Believe it or not, you don’t have to stand still to cast a spell as a ritual. If you have the capability of casting a spell as a ritual, you are free to do so under the same limitations as holding your concentration on an effect, as described in the PHB. You may continue to walk or perform actions requiring minimal focus, like interacting with an object, without breaking your concentration.
However, if your concentration is broken before the ritual is complete, you will have to start over from scratch.
