Magister Garlayne Druettis (Ma-jist-er Gahr-lane Drew-et-iss)

Summer Elf explorer, Garlayne Druettis, risked stopping in the middle of Fae-controlled Ustapi River to intervene on behalf of a troupe of pixies being hunted by a panther. Through carefully worded negotiation, Garlayne was able to secure a small sanctuary for mortals in the mists of the jungle river valley. Now the official emissary between the Summer Court and the Fae of northern Deshalak, Garlayne does their best to prevent mortal trouble from spilling into the Fae demesne, thus ending the treaty and possibly causing the forced removal of Fairwater. Despite the title and position, however, Druettis feels like their work to open Deshalak to both the Summer Court and the mortals in general should have earned them the Barony Seat, but is too focused on protecting the town to do anything more than complain about it.
