The Clowder (Kl-ow-der)

The Clowder is believed to be a small conclave of individuals that hand out assignments and collect information from all over Vaysoom. It is unknown how they are able to communicate with members of the Velvet Claw or Velvet Tooth on the far side of the Barrier. In fact, it is unknown by all except The Clowder just from where these assignments are doled out.
