Count

A Count is a title of nobility found throughout Omath, generally in reference to a mid-level rank among the noble hierarchy, overseeing an area of land designated as a County. Traditionally, the title of Count is considered hereditary.
A Count can serve as a military officer, depending on the governing body they belong to. The Kingdom of Falcrest, for instance, maintains a separation of nobility and military ranks, while the Kingdom of Ameo does not. Counts there, known as Conde, serve as battalion commanders.
