Haladri

The Haladri are the collective name of the horse tribes of Haladra Valley of northwestern Dunmaerik. Cultural studies reveal as many as seven distinct tribes living with Haladra Valley, each with their own tribal government, with a history of conflict and violence when tribes clash.
The Haladri tribes are comprised of the following distinct tribes:

• Kalir Tribe
• Hegimora Tribe
• Akaman Tribe
• Torgu Tribe
• Paeli Tribe
• Ra'amata Tribe
• Sjeki Tribe (rumored to be extinct)

Structure

The Haladri have no central structure or government. Each tribe maintains a representative to the Haladri Council, an organization meant to maintain peace between the tribes. The Haladri Council meets once each year at a predetermined location.
