Vivian - The Lady of the Lake
"Her blade was then taken by Yorick, and when it turned in his hand, so did his fate. 'Become something more,' she called to him."-From The Tales of Yorick the WandererVivian, also known as the Lady of the Lake, was a persona of Vanu-Am that resided in the many forests of Lysandus. Many historical myths have been tied to her interaction with the mortal realm, thus having her also dubbed "the Mistress of Legendcraft."
History
Around the year 1A 2400, Vivian approached a Keller chieftan named Beorhtric. She offered him power, and he vowed to protect the clans of Keller with it. She warned Boerhtric that his end of the deal would never end. He still accepted. Boerhtric became her champion up until his death. He never fulfilled the end of the deal, as Vivian warned him. As such, Boerhtric's spirit remained restless, forever in her servitude. In May of 1A 5689, Vivian ended up appearing to Riley Woodhame, a member of the Hearthstars. She offered a pact to him, turning his rapier into the mythical Fatebender sword. She would also bestow upon him marvelous powers over his own fate, in exchange for small tasks he would not understand. Riley would fight the Black Dragons and a Danen conspiracy, and grew interested in the history of his patron. Riley would find a connection to Vivian and Vanu-Am, the Dwarven goddess of time. Riley would prove instrumental in the destruction of the Knights of Black Dragon and opted to remain her Eternal Champion despite accomplishing her tasks.Myths
The Lady of the Lake appeared in many Lysandan myths since they first settled there. At first, early myths portray her being malevolent to the Men arriving in Eiren. She would curse them for disturbing the Dwarven citadel of Caleah. A solar eclipse took place, and the Men felt it was a bad omen. Thus, the invading army turned back from Caleah and returned to Feller's Rock. She also was malicious to the Dwarves once they began to harass the men of Lysanrik. Indeed, a great thunderstorm rocked the Golden City for three days until the dwarves lightened their hand. Later portrayals have her showing up as more of a visionary. The tale of Yorick the Wanderer had a poor peasant beaten and placed in the woods to die. According to the myth, she had pity on him and gifted him a blade, seeing him becoming a great hero. Indeed, Yorick the Wanderer would become a folkhero who rescued people from burning buildings, disposed of tyrants, and fought for justice.Divine Domains

Divine Goals & Aspirations
The Lady of the Lake seems interested in changing the course of history. It doesn't appear to have an agenda at all when giving blades to heroes. Many speculate she behaves to keep the world from becoming boring, but other times she has affected history in ways it didn't need. Perhaps her goals will always remain elusive.
