Ladia's Rest
This has been my home for the last few months. Back when a job went south she found me and nursed me back to health. To bad I earned myself a debt with her that she has no problems reminding me of.- Ace CardiaLadia's Rest is a saloon in the town of Ladia. It is run by Sharon Ladia, the granddaughter of the man who founded the town back when it was a gold mining town. The drinks are strong and the food is great. It has been a staple of the Town of Ladia since it was built and has lasted past the gold rush to the cattle runs.
Purpose / Function
A saloon that is used to unwind from a busy day.
Alterations
More rooms were added and the roofing was improved.
Architecture
Ladia's rest is a two-story building made of hardwood that has stood the test of time. It has a number of bedrooms on the second floor that is perfect for a nights rest. The first floor is filled with tables where people can play cards or eat a delicious meal. In the back is a kitchen well some of the best food in Ladia is made.
History
The saloon was founded at the founding of the town. It has survived fires, storms, and bandits. It has been the heart of the town for three generations.
The saloon was founded by Sharon's grandpa who built it to support the town he helped set up. His saloon was a place where anyone can get a drink and a warm meal. It was the heart of the town that allowed them to go through many hardships.
His son would end up taking over for him to run things. He would end up coming back from the big city bringing the knowledge to change the town to survive after the gold rush. Bringing the knowledge of agriculture to the town. Eventually he would pass and leave everything to Sharon.
