Prompt 30: Frozen Waste

The Frozen Waste is the land outside of the city of Salire. An inhospitable land that has roving blizzards that can put a chill in anyone's bones. There has also been a number of earthquakes brought on by Hilda the Crusher who has been carving up Ice to create caverns and chasms. Though it doesn't help that miners are digging up everything they can find which has caused cave ins both in the mines and the surrounding area.
Doesn't help that this has lead to causing disturbances in the under waste which has made some of the creatures there restless.
