Territories of the Edge

The Edge is a collection of territories in what was once known as the disputed territories. There is no central government as each territory rules themselves. Though thanks to treaties and agreements joint laws have been made that allow many companies to flourish. Though the edge isn't perfect as it has a high level of outlaws and criminals causing problems for the law-abiding citizens. To combat this, sheriffs do what they can to deal with the threat with the aid of the hunter's guild.   Recently a new trade agreement with the beast clan alliance has become very lucrative. This has caused an uptick in outlaw activity who sees this as a chance to get rich quickly. This has caused a bit of pressure on the hunter's guild which has been struggling for some time after the departure of their leader.
