Ikarth
A tall reptilian creature a mixture of terrafolk and illithid. Wearing robes of stitched together cloth, with rings of raw metal around the cone of the creature. The “beak” opens up into four long tentacles, and the creature has four elongated claws, wearing a multitude of necklaces, skulls & bones. Ikarth is blind in one eye and speaks telepathically.
