Rostam Louthhold

Rostam Louthhold and his ancestors were the rulers of Louthold Barony for nearly 100 years. Rostam was a vindictive fool who became incredibly angered at the election of Baron-Elect Moren the Fourth over him. Due to this, reports say he was directly responsible for The Fall of Thistlefang Keep and The War of Horns due to conspiring with Ghazat the Ashen Host and his illegitimate son Sir Pelliton, The Rose Knight to assassinate Baron-Elect Moren the Fourth.

While the truth of the matter is still hotly debated, the testimony of previous War Mage Leander Thornhart about the events during The Fall of Thistlefang Keep cast enough doubt on Rostam that he could not claim the title of Baron-Elect for himself, resulting in the prolonged War of Horns and his poisoning near the end of the conflict.
