Saint Anso

Saint Anso is who is attributed with writing the Scripture of Ash after his tomb was unearthed by a group of adventurers under the catacombs of Tarragona. Archaeologists date his tomb to nearly 800 years earlier at the beginning of the founding of Tarragona. Found inside his tomb wrapped in fine linens was the Scripture of Ash which has transformed the theological world of Cinder. While the factual significance of that encoded within is still heavily debated, the fervent followers now dubbed "Embers" have completely changed the publics perception of the religions and gods of old, as well as the usage of magic and its ethical concerns.

Saint Anso was unearthed nearly 86 years ago, but his manuscripts have had a profound effect on global society due to the concerning nature contained within coupled with the fervent sermons of his followers.
