Thistlefang Keep

This keep located on the border of the Louthold Barony and the Eastern Crags stands as a primary bulwark between the interior of The Baronies and its Orc neighbors.

The keep is composed of a large wall and battlements which guard the interior training grounds, barracks, and tower. The tower serves as a location of magical might, which the kingdom frequently uses to employ battle magic during the skirmishes. The keep can house nearly 1000 men, 100 cavalry, and currently houses 3 wall mounted trebuchets.

The keep fell at the beginning of The War of Horns in a historical moment dubbed The Fall of Thistlefang Keep, and since then the keep has remained abandoned by the official forces of the barony due to a feeling of superposition and bad luck.
