The Order of the Silver Hand serves to train and deploy Paladins to serve the Light. Though their Bastion resides in Universalist lands, the Order bears no allegiance to any specific government. Instead, they operate as a fully autonomous peacekeeping force. They are often found on the forefront of battles against tyrannical dictators or undead hordes. Following wars, they deploy to help rebuild areas and provide medical and food aide.
Uther the Lightbringer was the first recognized Paladin of the Order and serves as its current Highlord. With the return of Walther and his Mouseketeers, the Paladins have once again begun to deploy across the continent to try and mitigate the strange happenings that have been reported.
