Resource Development Administration
The Resource Development Administration (RDA) is a Research and Development corporation that, on its surface, focuses on technology meant to promote sustainable living. For most that have ever encountered its Security Operations team or handled one of their weapons, they would argue that was just a front.
The RDA serves as the unofficial capitol of the Vulpine Kingdoms. It achieved this title because it was the only known organization that could form a military complex on any level near that of the neighboring empires. It is also the only group within the kingdom that can sway any politician with the promise of wealth.
The RDA has a history of exploiting those under its control in order to obtain resources for better weapons development. Many of these weapons are simultaneously used by its own Security Forces and sold to other members of the kingdoms. Many of the recent weapons were based off of what is believed to be an advanced civilization depicted in a network of hidden archaelogical sites that were recently discovered. Many early versions of these weapons were discovered in these sites and reverse engineered.
When Waltenburg set its sights on the Vulpine Kingdoms, the RDA met their forces in what could only be described as token resistance. While there was some fighting in the northern Pandora region, it was little more than an excuse to have troops stationed there for resource exploitation prior to surrendering to Waltenburg.
