A scruffy lanky man. He has a far off look in his eyes like he isn't seeing the same as everyone else, looking almost like he's stoned.


Leah knows him and seems to trust him. He turned up outside Justin's apartment, like he'd been waiting for Leah to get back. He said he had a gift for her and an errand. The gift was a necklace, it looks like an eye on a circuit board and appears to look like it is made from scrap metal. The errand was to deliever a package to Dennis Andrews at an address in the actual City of London (not greater London) on a certain floor in a fancy office block.

Justin and Alice seperately both know him as somebody who is good at getting a hold of things. Justin has requested that he gets ahold of something.
