My name is Matteo Accorsi, and I'm a proud father and husband living in the United States. I've always been passionate about cooking and worked in various restaurants throughout my life. Eventually, I decided to pursue my dream of opening my own restaurant, and with the help of my wife, Aurora, we were able to make it a reality.
Our restaurant, Accorsi's Kitchen, is a small family-owned business that specialises in authentic Italian cuisine. We take great pride in our food, using only the freshest ingredients and traditional recipes passed down from generations of our family in Italy. Our loyal customers often tell us they feel like they're eating in our home, and that's exactly what we strive for: to create a warm and welcoming environment where people can enjoy good food and good company.
When I'm not at the restaurant, I enjoy spending time with my family. My son, Leighton, has always been interested in technology and data, and I'm proud of the work he does as the Chief Data Officer at Killerton Enterprises. My younger son, Riley, keeps us all on our toes with his energy and enthusiasm for life. And my wife, Aurora, is my partner in everything we do, both in the restaurant and in life.
I believe that family is the most important thing in life, and I'm grateful for mine every day. At Accorsi's Kitchen, we treat our customers like family, and that's something that will never change.

His face is rugged and weathered from years of working in the kitchen, with laugh lines around his mouth and crow's feet around his eyes. Matteo has a thick, bushy moustache that he is proud of and rarely shaves. He has a strong, Italian accent when he speaks, and his voice is deep and boisterous. Matteo usually wears a white chef's coat and a white apron with the Accorsi's Kitchen logo embroidered on the front, and he often has flour or sauce stains on his clothes.
