Timeline: Sarah Ironbach Key Life Events   Hi, I'm Sarah Ironbach, a wildlife enthusiast and proud member of the Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary team. My passion for animals started at a young age and it's been my dream to work with them ever since. I've always been fascinated by their behaviour and the different ways they interact with their surroundings.   As the sister of Grant Ironbach, the Director of the sanctuary, I feel lucky to be working alongside him and a team of like-minded individuals. Together, we strive to provide a safe haven for Tasmania's native wildlife and educate the public on the importance of conservation.   When I'm not at work, you can find me exploring the beautiful wilderness of Tasmania, going on hikes, and taking photographs of the wildlife I encounter. I also enjoy playing the guitar and writing songs about my experiences in nature.   One of the biggest challenges I've faced in my career was working with a Tasmanian devil with a broken jaw. It took a lot of patience, persistence, and teamwork, but we were able to nurse her back to health and release her back into the wild. It's moments like these that make my job so rewarding and remind me why I love what I do.   I'm constantly learning and growing in my field, and I'm excited to see where my journey with wildlife takes me next. Whether I'm caring for sick animals, educating the public, or advocating for conservation, I know that I'm making a positive impact on the world.
