Which encompasses the Barony of Dray Scana.
Santino was the High Chief of the Blood Wolf tribes. Instead of fighting the invaders he chose to talk first. This lead to eventually the Blood Wolfs being incorporated into the new kingdom.
King Tremaine saw that the former high chief truly was a leader of men and offered him the title of Duke and control of much of the coast land which had be claimed by the new kingdom.
