Structure
The King nominates the Leader who is approved by the Bardic Council. The Council is made up of seven Grand Bards elected by the Leader. The council generally only meets to approve a new leader. The Grand Bards are spread throughout the cities of the Kingdom of Brulane.

To spread news both Royal and common throughout the land.
