This device is for moving objects that are large but up to a weight limit of a 2000kg, though can work with multiple devices to more larger objects.

The device is a hand held, a tractor beam is able to switch to type of material it is shifting, the strength of the beam is adjustable, it can be wield up to a few metres from the object. It give off a grey-blue light when the beam is active.

It is grey in colour, the outer casing is made of alloy. Jolt power unit, and tractor beam unit make up the components of the device. Jolt (Spruce/Royal/Plum) Power unit used, gives strength to beam, allows for greater steadiness to the beam. The Tractor/grappling tech is mostly a construct chip board, with filters, programs and crystal to focus the beam
