The Business Men, now called the Progressive League, had found a newly complete surveyed region of space that suited their plans.

Progressive League, was now hundred families strong. It had found that there were still as yet unclaimed region of habitable space. This seem like the golden fleece to them, so as they had already commissioned colony ship, and had been stocking with the various basic to build their castles.
