The Librarians

The Librarians are one of the few ancient civilizations that have had remains discovered in recent times. It is believed they were record keepers thousands of years ago, but vanished mysteriously. They had monumental libraries all across Concordia that are now all abandoned. Explorers curious enough to venture in these ruins have found portals and entryways to a pocket dimension of seemingly never-ending hallways full of bookshelves and packed with books, which has been nicknamed "The Infinite Library." Adventurers that go through the entryways rarely come back out.

Anatomy

It is thought that the Librarians were vaguely humanoid due to the setup and handle of the corridors in the pocket dimension.

Diet

There are no signs of food or any biological waste in or around these ruins. Experts think they had food inside the corridors, but it isn't certain.

Additional Information

Magic Users

Due to the mysterious illusionary phenomena that happen in and around the ruined libraries, it is thought that the Librarians were magic users.

Geography

There have been a total of 8 recorded libraries across Concordia, all in different kinds of environments ranging from Forests to Deserts.

Relations

It is possible that The Librarians didn't work alone and had commerce with other lost civilizations.
