The Crystal Planet

The Pristalin is a planet orbiting around the white star system. According to recorded by Gavin Bowsher, The entirely of it is made out of crystal clear element, with its thin atmosphere and the scattered water surface.

Geography

As the whole mass is made of the incredibly transparent crystal-like element, wherever the light touch any of the surface, the crystal can scattered into several range of colors like a giant prism, creating the place full of rainbow. On the other hand, you can see through several thousand meters deep down until the light stop at the translecent, compressed core, giving a fear of emptiness.

It contain a very thin atmosphere which doesn't cover the entire surface though. It is possible that you can see the border between the blue sky and the dark outer space if you stand on the mountain high enough.

Crystal Lake

Most of the time the been covered by snow thank to plenty large body of water scatted around. Each lake formed a very tall cluster around the shore.

No one can tell how the planet are formed, but the surface water somewhat have a pretty interesting explaination; On the outer orbit there are the wide asteroid belt, with plenty of them contains or made of silicon-consentrated ice. When it deorbit and strike the planet the ice mealted and formed a crater lake. It cracked the surface like a shattered glass.

As the time passed, the crystal cluster formed around the lake shore. If the reserch not wrong, those cracks will probably gone within a million years.

Refaction Desert

A barren expanse where lake are rarely found, where only smooth surface could be seen from miles to miles, where the star can shine from below uninterrupted. Standing in the middle of the night it can drive you wild as if you're in the middle of space.

Prismals

The collective shiny creatures inhabiting nearby the lake. They have a planet crystal as the shell, protecting the soften silicon-based tissues. Despite its rarity, sometime it's been sought with a highly price.

Localized Phenomena

Due to its material it cause a significant characteristic.The team found out that the planet can absorb any wave beyond the ultraviolet, to the point it distorts even the DSC signal. As a result, the station have to be orbited very high or just orbit around the star to not getting noises.

Meanwhile, it is a ideal place for a secret hideout as the station couldn't find out the easy way to detect any significant movement from a this spherical mass of crystal prism.
