Sigils
If a Knight of the Knights' Stronghold does something to display their immense personal strength they will be given a sigil to commemorate the event. Killing a deadly foe is the most common method, but holding off an army or stopping mass corruption also applies. In terms of sigils, strength is the ability to make things change to suit yourself.
Sigils can be stacked, with one person having multiple sigils and sigils can be shared between members of a group. A sigil is a permanent sign of strength, thus making a Knight with a sigil higher ranked then one without.
Assassins and Artisans are less likely to get sigils just because they do less of the thing which grants the majority of sigils, that is hunting.
A sigil takes the form of a small design somewhere on a Knight's armour, usually the chest or shoulder. As well as a title being appended to the back of the Knight's full name. The new full name will follow the format 'Sir (name) the (deed)'.
