Dead Gods

Although it is an incredibly rare occasion, it is possible for Gods to die...only another God can deal the killing blow to a God, however the fact that Bahamut, the Platinum Dragon himself, king of all gods, has outlawed the act and declared that all gods shall unite to destroy those who dare to kill one of their divine kin has made the act incredibly rare.
Each God slain by the hands of another God is a tragic event, and one sure to inspire the wrath of most every other God in existence.
Dead Gods are obviously unable to give out divine power, and while they may have worshipers, there are no paladins, clerics, or other divine servants of them.
