Tenets of Faith
No creatures have followed his faith in millennia. Any tenets he once had have long since been forgotten. He encouraged his followers to inspire creativity in themselves and others, to whisper their secrets beneath the moonlit sky to entrust them to him, and to find balance within one's self to reach enlightenment.

History
The one and only beloved son of Bahamut, Welun was a gentle, neutral-headed god who was born from the burgeoning faith of his father in the early days of the world, he was sprang forth from the cosmic soup and was one of the most beloved and gentle gods in existence. The elder brother of Lumirana, The Platinum Daughter, he ruled over his followers and his portfolio with dignity and grace, and inspired others to greater heights.
History
It was not until the height of the Age of Barbarity that he was horrifically slain by the Arch-Lich Vecna, The Arch-Lich during his time as a mortal spellcaster...in a tremendous feat of mortal magic, Vecna cast a massive spell and tore Welun from his divine realm, dragging him down to the Material Plane, where he dueled the Moon God and slew him atop Blistersnap Glacier...and in doing so, killed Bahamut, the Platinum Dragon's only son and absorbed his divine essence to ascend into Godhood.
Many think it was The Advent of The Unraveler that made the gods create The Divine Gate. They are wrong. It was the death of Welün, Bahamut's Eldest, that inspired its creation. The Advent simply hastened it... it was the first God-Slaying. And one of the Planescape's greatest tragedies.
