Make a promise to yourself that you will carve your own destiny, make your own luck, and find your own fortune in the hours and days to come.
Effect: Three times in the next 24 hours, when you would make an attack roll, saving throw, skill check, or other d20 roll, you may choose to use this power to instead, and roll a d20 die without modifiers. If the result is above half on the dice(10 on a d20), you are treated as if you had rolled a natural 20 for that roll. If it rolls below half, you are treated as rolling a natural 1 instead. You cannot use this ability to reroll a roll made with this ability.

Always endeavor to forge your own path. Never strive to always obey the rules of law, while neither should you become an agent of pure chaos or evil, and fight with all your might to carve your own destiny.
Be bold, for to be bold is to live. A brave heart and willingness to take risks beat out carefully wrought plans nine times out of ten.
