Guardian of the Valley

This is the title of the commanding officer of the Guardians of the Valley, the militia that defends the Valley of the Fair.

Qualifications

This position is given a highly skilled an experienced members of the Guardians of the Valley, usually after having served as one of the Captains of the Guardians.

Duties

To train, organized and lead the Guardians of the militia.

Responsibilities

To defend the Valley of the Fair and protect its inhabitants.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

If the Coven of Castell loses confidence in the Guardian they may replace  him with another officer of the Guardians, typically one of the Captains.
