The Current emperor of SOSA. Emperor's aren't born that way but instead voted by the presidents of SOSA into power. And these presidents are supposed to be voted by the people in the region they control over. However this is system has long been corrupted. Emperor Augustus wasn't born with this name but instead chose it upon his coronation. He's been in power for quite a while of years but his power is limited by the presidents of the board.
In the latest decade, president Odin öbermüt has taken control over the board. Pressuring the other presidents to fall in line. Whilst Augustus remains in power in theory, Odin holds all of the actual power.
