President

A President is a leader of one of the nations within the SOSA empire. These get re-elected every 10 years by the people. Although the voting system for electing these presidents is flawed, often having the people that are in power, stay in power. The presidents also vote for an Emperor every 10 years. This person has a final say on the laws and rulings of the nation they rule. And may choose their form of government (as long as it's approved by the emperor). Any of the other presidents may deem a president unfit to rule and the Emperor can then take away their power. But it's been a long while since that procedure has happened since the Emperor is often assassinated right after. A president holds power over one of the following territories:
