Riesa's grandfather on her father's side, Kennedy is the original tinker in the family. He owns a large shop in Tovawen which he works in all the time, but Kennedy has an embarrassing past as well. When he was younger Kennedy was blackmailed into making a device collar for one of the families which enslaved a lot of lycanthrope like Syn and Aora. Kennedy regreted his part in this horrid past, thankfully later on Kent, Riesa's dad, figured out how to unlock the devices based on his father design.
