Alei's Golden Shears
The Eldritch being Alei of the golden hair has a pair of shears which she uses to cut the threads of the tapestry of life. Legend says there have been others to whom she gifted the shears for a time. These magical scissors are said to be capable of cutting through magical bonds. It is said that once cut, the caster of the bonds cannot bind the victim again. There has not been any proof, yet that is what the legends say. Alei was a dragon during the Unending War. She died at the hands of three different beings, a dragon, a human, and an elf when she stepped between them to stop them from fighting with the news that Corrigenda was a land of plenty once again. She was the last victim of the war and her self-sacrifice had not gone unnoticed by the Eldritch. Alei was resurrected as one of them. She became the Eldritch truth and fate.

History
When Alei was raised to an Eldritch being these shears became the relic they are today. Originally they were a simple pair of seamstress shears since Alie was a scrupulously honest crafter of fine garments. She designed the shears herself while she was learning her craft.
Significance
These shears are used to call remove someone from the tapestry and remove any snags within the weave when someone dies before their time. They are also used to cut magic from the weave to prevent the distortion of the overall picture created by weft and weave.
