He passsed off Noah’s cooking as his own and turned to occult means to try to close the gap and reclaim his position as the best chef in Mons Mirror before the public learned secret. He acquired a collection of astral spices from daemons in High Mephisto.
When the party accidentally summoned a Jikininki to the restaraunt, it nearly devoured Chef Louise. Simon saved his life, confiscating his spices as well as an artifact called the Belt of the Gourmet in the process.
