Grim Angler

Grim Anglers are aquatic Shapers who serve as aquatic commandoes. They take the form of thin bipedal constructs, often obstructing their nature through angler hats and long billowing cloaks. Their primary form of attack are spearguns which they use to pull in enemies and can electrify using volt cores installed in their spears. During The Saints' War and ages prior, anglers would covertly deploy to Geit villages to gather information and cut off their food supplies. They are equally adept at catching humans as they are fish.
