Juggernaut's Arm

A pneumatic, exo-arm that can be charged to pack a punch. Originally developed as an auto-limb prosthesis for imperial soldiers, its design has been modified to be used by those who still have their arms.   The Juggernaut's arm was a favored weapon of the White Lion Armada's Captain Jastes. Anh ripped it off him while fighting Jastes aboard an ultra-light glider, sending the captain plummeting to his death.

Effect: The Juggernaut’s arm may be loaded like a firearm using the wielder’s Unarmed skill. When loaded, the arm can be discharged after landing an unarmed attack to deal an extra 1d12 damage. The user cannot wield other weapons with the hand to which the Juggernaut’s Arm is attached.   Familiarity Affinity (3) Juggernaut’s Launch. If the juggernaut’s arm is loaded, its discharging attack gains a knock back effect of 2” per success or raise.   Familiarity Affinity (3) Juggernaut’s Vice. If the juggernaut’s arm gets a raise on a Block Test while loaded against a melee attack, the user may discharge the juggernaut’s arm to immediately break the attacking weapon or deal the juggernaut arm’s damage when blocking an unarmed attack.
