Port Loa

Port Loa is an artificer blacksite on the Vandal Continent of Sera. It was established by the Board of Artificers to build and develop an ancient Ifrit morta called a Thunder Cannon that could launch projectiles to other spheres.
The artificer who proposed the project originally intended to use it as a means of transporting goods quickly across spheres. However, warhawk factions in the republic arising after the destruction of Aspidie saw priorities shift to revert the project to the cannon's historical purpose as a weapon.
Port Loa was briefly captured by the White Lion Armada with the help of Appoline. However, when the Party arrived to recruit her, together they managed to throw off the occupation, albeit destroying the Thunder Cannon prototype and its schema in the process.
